He has modified SpecTools to put the output into a .wsr file that will open in Chanalyzer, to be viewed at a later time.

Wi-Spy Comparison
There are significant differences between the original Wi-Spy and the Wi-Spy 2.4x. Most importantly, the quality and accuracy of the graph displayed by the 2.4x has vastly improved from its predecessor. Please take note of the improvements on this 802.11g spectrum scan.
