Start Inssider, it will immediately record traffic once it opens. Each network will be displayed in a table, and their corresponding traffic data will be displayed graphically below.
A screenshot of the traffic can be saved by clicking "edit" > "copy image." This will copy the traffic data to the clipboard for use in an external application...
