Can I Turn Off Peak Hold

On all of the hardware based spectrum analyzers I have used the peak hold function can be turned on and off. When used as a teaching tool this allows the students to observe the behavior of a DSSS signal as it moves around the range for a channel. Is it possible to turn off peak hold in Chanalyzer?

In Chanalyzer, you can view peak hold in the Planar View.  (Press ALT P to toggle it on and off).  Then if you click on the Max and Average (blue and green), you will be able to view the current.

If you want to freeze it at a good location, use the pause button, and drag the green play head back until you find an optimal frame.  You may want to turn off the spectral view and topographic view as well.  (alt t) (alt s).  However for teaching DSSS you may want to keep topographic view on.

To clarify -- by clicking on the boxes corresponding to the traces in the legend at the top of the planar view, you can toggle display of the traces off and on.
