Sample Rate and CSV Format

First - great tool, HW and SW! I see tremendous value to using the CSV data files for various engineering design efforts.

I am wondering about the temporal sampling rate of the spectrograph as well as the CSV files.

Changing the vertical axis duration in the options clearly influences
the sample rate for the spectrograph. Does it also influence the data
saved in the CSV file?

Is there a fixed time increment for rows of the CSV file? Might it be
possible to have furture software versions include a header indicating
the time sample interval or a new column with time stamps?
