Flaws to improve

Thanks for Inssider 1.0.12.0317
I’ve been using Vistumbler until now.

Inssider is more lightweight on RAM and CPU, but there are some flaws to improve.
On my AP, Inssider indicates an average signal strength of -52 dBm.
However when I power-off the AP, inssider still keeps the graphic line straight on -52 dBm.
And even more surprisingly, in the network bar, the RSSI-value keeps by turns indicating -0 and -52 dBm despite the AP is dead.

While the signal strength can vary between -50 dBm and -90 dBm it would be an improvement to have a corresponding graphic scale in 5 dBm steps instead of a -20 to -100 scale, because it would make the graphic more precise readable.

Inssider also detects an not existing  AP on CH 13 with SSID SX551E29FCB. Don't know why.

Just a few suggestions for improvement.
When there are a lot of Access Points visible, the AP list auto resizes and reduces the graph to a tiny window. Would it be possible to choose to lock the graph window at a particular size, or lock the text list to a particular number of lines.

For doing surveys, it would also be useful to choose to only display a particular SSID, I know that part of the point is to see what other networks are around, once I have found those though, I'm not necessarily interested in the others perhaps unless they are on a nearby channel to my network.

Anyway thanks for some great tools.

Thanks for the feedback, Pieter.  I have also encountered the auto resizing issue when many APs are present, and it is on our list to fix in the next release.

I know it isn't exactly what you're asking for, but you can turn off the graph display of networks you don't care about by clearing the checkbox.

Thanks for your input, we will work on these and hopefully they'll be resolved in the next release of Inssider.
