The Wi-Fi card in your laptop will cause some wireless activity. If it
is in scan mode (usually just when it is not connected to access point)
it will cause noise on all channels. For the cleanest analysis we
suggest disabling the laptop's Wi-Fi card, but at the same time if you
know what channel your laptop is using for its wi-fi network and your
laptop is connected, unless you are doing a large download you'll
probably be fine to leave the wi-fi enabled.
