Trade up option?

Hi,

I just bought the v1 from Thinkgeek and did not even receive it yet. I didn't know that 2.4 was even available and would really like that version instead. If I don't open the v1 and just send it back to you guys, can I get a $200 credit towards the purchase on a new one?
