I have seen several video signals using the Wi-Spy, but from the description of the Cisco 2500, it looks like it is transmitting with regular Wi-Fi signals.

The 5 GHz signal definitely looks like an OFDM something. But you are right, it's not centerd on a WLAN channel. Though it is close to CH 149.
I am new to this Freq. range, but the maximum readings look like Smart Grid transmitters like we have in Los Angeles. (confirmed by the power company).
