5 GHz scan

Hi,

any ideas what the scan might represent? It was taken 1-2 km from nearest urban area. To me it looks too random for 802.11a or 802.1n network.

What do you think?

How long was chanalyzer running? I don't see much of anything in the screen capture you have provided. Whatever this device is, it looks like it isn't broadcasting constantly, which means the topographic view will help you identify it more than the planar view. It will create a density map of all the energy levels captured.
