What operating system are you using?

If you are using Windows Vista or Windows 7 do this:

Press Start and click Run. (Or hold the Windows key and press R)
Type in "cmd" and press enter.
Enter "netsh wlan show networks mode=bssid" (without quotes)

It should return something like this:

    Code:
Interface name : Wireless Network Connection
There are 1 networks currently visible.

    SSID 1 : fuji-2
        Network type : Infrastructure
        Authentication : WPA2-Personal
        Encryption : CCMP
        BSSID 1 : 00:14:bf:**:**:**
             Signal : 78%
             Radio type : 802.11g
             Channel : 1
             Basic rates (Mbps) : 1 2 5.5 6 11 12 24
             Other rates (Mbps) : 9 18 36 48 54
        BSSID 2 : 00:40:10:**:**:**
             Signal : 82%
             Radio type : 802.11g
             Channel : 1
             Basic rates (Mbps) : 1 2 5.5 6 11 12 24
             Other rates (Mbps) : 9 18 36 48 54
(I starred out the last 3 sections of the mac addresses)

Do the channels show up as 0 from this?

InSSIDer gets it's information from Windows' WLAN stack, so if it's showing up as channel 0 there, inSSIDer will show channel 0 also.

Are the drivers for the WiFi adapter fully updated?
The only other thing I can think of is to get a new WiFi adapter.
