Full 2.4Ghz Band Option Greyed out

Hi,

I bought a Wi-Spy 2.4i and installed Chanalyzer Lite and it seems to be working fine.

However, one of the options in the Toolbar is titled "Full 2.4GHz Band" with a drop down arrow next to it.

If i mouse over that option all i get is a pop up saying "Select Hardware Configuration"

Am i missing something wrong or is there a setting i can change?

Try Chanalyzer 3.4 as you can configure the 2.4i to see the frequency range of 2300-2600 MHz. You can also configure how long a sweep takes and your "resolution" of the sweep (meaning you can sometimes see more than you would in standard mode. Try the v3.4 before you try v4 of chanalyzer as the version 4 does not have the Hardware config options in it..

How do you make 3.4 use the 2.4i?

You can only use the 2.4i with Chanalyzer Lite. The 2.4i is meant for occasional short-duration use.

This will not be disabled when a Wi-Spy 2.4x or Wi-Spy DBx is plugged into Chanalyzer Lite.
