1. I would like to see Authenticate and Encryption in separate columns
2. The possibility to connect to a network from inSSIDer (connect/disconnect)

The separate columns is a good idea. I think we're still pretty torn on adding a connect disconnect button.

inSSIDer will highlight the row you are connected to in green though.
