Channelizer 4 crashes on startup.

I just upgraded from the wi-spy v1.2 to the v2.4x. I installed the channelizer 4 on a vista laptop and it crashes on start up with the error below. This has occurred before and after updating vista with latest patches. Any help would be appreciated.

Hello Joe,

We just released a newer version (Version 1.0.13.0620 (June 20, 2011)) that may resolve this issue. Please try downloading this new version and before you install Uninstall the previous version. Once uninstalled delete the c:\users\<username>\AppData\Local\MetaGeek LLC folders. Then install the new version.
