Default Using inSSIDer in Parallel Desktop 7

I am using Parallel Desktop 7 running Windows 7 on a MacBook Air running Lion. After I installed inSSIDer, it does not detect my Wi-Fi connection even though I am using my MacBook Air wirelessly. inSSIDer works perfectly on my other Windows 7 laptop. How can I configure inSSIDer to work under a virtual machine like Parallel Desktop 7?

Parallels Desktop is most likely exposing the internal WiFi to the virtual machine as a standard Ethernet adapter. The only way to use inSSIDer would be to connect an external WiFi adapter.
