wi spy not recognised

Hi, i have been succesfully using the wi spy 2.4i with channalyser 4 for a while, unfortunatley when i came to use it last time, it had come apart in my laptop bag. I put it together in the casing fine, but now is unrecognised. i fear the worst in that it is hardware damaged, however noticed a button on the chip inside? is this a reset of some kind that could help?

Hi Gary, the Wi-Spy 2.4i isn't compatible with Chanalyzer 4. Do you have the Wi-Spy with the external antenna? Send us an email at support at metageek d0t net
